Kulturfestival i Frankrike. Jag ska hit, ska du?

”Dear everyone,
Each summer for 10 years, our association and troupe EUROCULTURE EN PAYS GENTIANE, has organised a large gathering of young European non-professional artists involved in the world of music, choral singing, classic and contemporary dance, the theatre. This year, for three pleasant weeks, from August 1st to 23rd 2009, young artists will take part in different workshops which are organised in order to put on a show. At the end of the period, this show is performed several times in public. High level professional artists are present during all the period to supervise and teach the participants. Activities take place in a lovely rural environment in the centre of France (Cantal: Menet) in an exchange-and-share atmosphere. Young people are from 18 to 30 years old and come from different countries in Europe: Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, England, Italy, Sweden, France. There will be about 40 participants this next summer.

Terms
This workshop is not just like being on holiday because to be carried out, the project needs people to be involved and dedicated, even if the general mood is easy and jovial. It is a great way to gain new contacts in Europe, acquire skills, improve your technical abilities, share and expand your ways of thinking and your knowledge. During the workshop, food and lodgings are paid for by the association. Travelling expenses are also paid up to about 70% within the limit of 180 Euros (choose the cheapest way of travelling). You just need to pay 10 Euros for membership of the association; any other money is for your extras. We don?t have any requirement about your artistic level. You just have to have an artistic activity, be motivated and dedicated, curious, and able to work in a team and live in a community.
